Engineering Manager II · TrianglZ · Alexandria, Egypt.

I'm an Engineering Manager at TrianglZ, where I run a cross-functional org across iOS and Frontend chapters embedded in a product squad. My background spans iOS development and engineering leadership — I spent years building before moving into management, which shapes how I think about technical decisions and the people making them.

I care about two things above everything else: delivery and people. Not as a tradeoff — as the same thing. Teams that are blocked, confused, or siloed don't ship. My job is to make sure neither is true.

01 · Principle

Systems over firefighting

When I see repeated friction, I build infrastructure to eliminate it — not work around it. Standup automation, gitflow audit tooling, AI-queryable team context wikis. These exist because manual processes compound badly.

02 · Principle

AI-native management

I use Claude Code as a genuine production tool — not a novelty. CLAUDE.md rules committed to repos, pipelines built on the Claude API, and a wiki system that gives any engineer full team context on day one.

03 · Principle

Individual visibility

I track per-person patterns, not squad-level averages. I want to know who's dark, which tickets are frozen, and who's blocked — before they have to ask twice.

04 · Principle

Chapter model

My direct reports are Chapter Leads, not ICs. They own their people day-to-day. My job is to make the Chapter Leads effective, and to stay close enough to the work to catch problems early.
